How to Apply
- Clean your lashes and pat it dry
- Remove cluster gently from tray using a tweezer.
- Apply the cluster underneath natural lashes, close to the lash line. Avoid applying directly on the waterline.
- For best results, start from the inner corner and work outwards.
- Press to secure.
- Repeat until desired look is achieved.
Removal Guide
‼️ Remove gently to avoid pulling or damaging your natural lashes.
- Apply an eye-safe oil-based makeup remover, cleansing balm, or mascara remover onto the clusters and lash line.
- Let it sit for a few seconds to help dissolve the adhesive, and use cotton buds to gently massage the remover through the adhesive. The adhesive will melt onto the cleanser.
- Gently slide the clusters off from underneath your natural lashes. Do not pull, tug, or force them off.
- After removal, cleanse the eye area gently to remove any leftover adhesive or residue.

How long do DOLL UP lashes last?
With proper application and care, your DOLL UP lashes are designed for multi-day wear. Our team has tested them for up to 10 days.
How long they stay on can vary depending on your application, lifestyle and how you care for them. If you want the longest wear, try to avoid oils near the eye area, as well as hot water and humid environments like saunas, as these can affect the adhesive hold.
Are they beginner-friendly?
100%. DOLL UP was made with beginners in mind. No separate glue, no complicated steps and no lash appointment needed.
Your first application might take a little practice, but once you get the hang of it, it gets so much easier.
Do they go above or underneath my natural lashes?
Underneath! Apply each cluster under your natural lashes, slightly away from your waterline. This helps give you that seamless, lash-extension look.
Can I shower with them on?
Yes! Once properly applied, DOLL UP lashes are made for everyday wear. For the best hold, avoid excessive rubbing, pulling, steam and oil-based products around the lashes.
When showering, try to avoid very hot water streaming directly onto your lashes, as prolonged heat and water exposure can weaken the adhesive and reduce their wear time.
Can I sleep in them?
Yes — they're designed for multi-day wear, including sleeping in them. Try not to sleep directly on your lashes and avoid rubbing your eyes.
Can I customise the lash map?
Absolutely. That's one of our favourite things about clusters.
Mix lengths and place them however you like depending on your eye shape and the look you're going for — soft and fluttery, lifted and foxy, or full-on doll.

How do I remove them?
Soak a cotton bud with a gentle, eye-safe mascara remover, then carefully apply it above and below the lash clusters, making sure the adhesive area is well saturated.
Give the remover a moment to loosen the adhesive, then gently slide the clusters away from your natural lashes. If they don't come away easily, apply a little more remover and wait — never tug or force them off. ♡
Can I reuse my DOLL UP lashes?
DOLL UP lashes are pre-glued, so the adhesive is designed to be ready to wear straight from the tray. Once removed, the original adhesive may not perform the same way, so we don't recommend relying on the same cluster for another multi-day wear.
Will they damage my natural lashes?
When applied and removed correctly, DOLL UP lashes are designed to be a gentle alternative to more complicated lash routines.
The important part: don't pull or pick them off. Always follow our removal instructions, use an oil-based remover, and be gentle with your natural lashes.

Our lashes are thoughtfully developed and designed by DOLL UP and produced by our manufacturing partner in China.
How does the shipping works?
We ship to Australia and Indonesia.
All orders to Australia are shipped from New South Wales, and all orders to Indonesia are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia.

Australia: 2–8 business days
Indonesia: 2–10 business days
