We currently ship exclusively within Australia and Indonesia, with orders fulfilled locally from:

🇦🇺 Campbelltown, NSW for Australian orders
🇮🇩 Jakarta for Indonesian orders

This means your order is shipped domestically within your country for a faster and smoother delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

During launches, promotions, or public holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch:

Australia: 2–8 business days
Dispatched from Campbelltown, NSW.

Indonesia: 1–5 business days
Dispatched from Jakarta.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, weather, peak periods, remote locations, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

The applicable shipping fee will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch while your parcel is received and scanned by the carrier.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or your parcel being returned to us.
